Class Description
Learn about all of the NEW contracts and forms that were approved and are being released by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. These new forms will be available for use and mandatory on January 1, 2011. There are also new changes to the Colorado Foreclosure Protection Act and their applicable forms. These topics and more will be covered in this update class.

Steve Morgan serves as General Counsel for the Colorado Association of REALTORS and manages the CAR Legal Hotline. He speaks frequently to local boards and associations on a variety of real estate and legal topics. Steve is a graduate of the University of Colorado and received his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University. He currently serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver Law School teaching Basic Real Estate Law. He has been a business and real estate lawyer for more than 20 years and currently teaches the Annual CREC Update Class and several GRI classes for CAR.
